What We Collect
Account data
- Email address — required to create an account and receive verification codes
- Password — stored securely via AWS Cognito, never stored in plain text
Usage data
- Saved deployments — board layouts and army lists you explicitly save (Pro users only)
- Subscription status — whether you are on the free or Pro tier
Payment data
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not use cookies
- We do not use analytics or tracking scripts
- We do not sell your data to anyone
- We do not send marketing emails
How We Use Your Data
- To verify your email address when you sign up
- To authenticate you when you log in
- To store and retrieve your saved deployments (Pro users)
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails — verification codes and subscription confirmations only
Data Storage
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the US West (Oregon) region. Account data is stored in AWS Cognito and DynamoDB. We use industry-standard security practices.
Your Rights
- Access — you can see what data we hold by logging into your account
- Deletion — you can delete your account at any time from the account menu. This permanently removes your email, saved deployments, and all associated data from our systems.
- Portability — contact us and we will provide your data in a machine-readable format
Third Party Services
- AWS Cognito — user authentication

- Stripe — payment processing
